Raw Footage – Skiing at Copper Mountain w/ Helmet Cam

By

Final edit here: www.youtube.com This is an unedited clip from the first day skiing using the helmet cam. It’s a Contour HD 1080p camera that’s mounted to the right side of my helmet. My dad and I are skiing at Copper Mountain, and our average altitude is about 2 miles above sea level. I don’t think you are getting a very great feel for the actual depth of field here; the slopes are steeper than they appear. Also notice how wide and empty the slopes are in Colorado. There are busy slopes, but usually only a couple of the beginner runs. A fully edited video of my trip is coming soon!
